Application forms should be completed and paid for online (please apply-online). The registration requires a non-refundable registration fee of £30 for one nursery or £50 to register with all three nurseries. At time of registration please indicate your order of preference. This will guarantee your child a place on our waiting list(s).

Opening times:

Greendale – 7.30am  – 6.00pm

Upland – 7.30am  – 6.00pm

Waveney – 7.30am – 6.30pm

Available spaces:

Places cannot be guaranteed if our register is full; however, we will place your child on our waiting list and as and when the most suitable place is available for your preferences, we will be in touch.

Days required:

All places MUST include either a Monday or a Friday.

Deposits:

A refundable deposit of £250 is due on enrolment; this is refundable provided two full calendar months’ notice in writing is given when children are leaving. When a place is offered, it is only secured once the deposit has been paid.

Fee due date:

All fees are due and payable in advance on or before the 1st day of each new month. Monthly payments are by standing order only. The nursery has the right to refuse admission to any child whose fees are not paid.

Start dates:

Start dates should always be the first of the month. This may not be possible after our summer closure or in January. The manager of the setting will let you know the earliest start date if you are offered a place during these times.

Daily start times:

The first 30 minutes of nursery and the last 30 minutes are reserved for those parents who urgently need an early morning or a late shift. This should be agreed with the manager when the place is confirmed. These early/late slots are not a guarantee but please do ask if it may be something that you are interested in.

Nursery closures:

We are open all year round except for the following planned closures: –

  • Bank holidays;
  • Christmas and New Year;
  • Two-week summer holiday (usually the last week of July and first week of August). The exact dates are confirmed every January on the nursery calendar

Notice period:

When giving notice to the nursery to terminate a place, two full calendar months notice is required in order to have a full refund of your £250 deposit. Places will always terminate on the last day of the month. For example if you hand in your written notice in June, the last day of nursery would be the 31st August. Your deposit will be refunded to you via bank transfer to your chosen account up to 14 working days after your place terminates.
